SPTO Chief Executive Officer, Ilisoni Vuidreketi says that “this is the first time that these destinations will jointly promote the South Pacific Dream through a UK roadshow and we believe that such an initiative will strengthen the UK operators’ ability to confidently sell holidays to the South Pacific”.
A key component of this roadshow will be the promotion of the South Pacific Specialist programme which is an online training platform designed to educate and certify travel agents in becoming experts on all South Pacific island destinations.
South Pacific travel events are never complete without thrilling entertainment through captivating traditional music and dances and the South Pacific UK roadshow 2013 has a few surprises lined up for the astute travel agent.
Registrations will commence soon with limited spaces per city however travel and trade partners may indicate their interest by signing up to the South Pacific Specialist programme on www.spto.org/specialist
The group will remain in the UK at the end of the roadshow to participate at the World Travel Market (WTM) at the Excel London from the 04 – 07 November.
