Evergreen Tours starts 2014 with a double

Evergreen Tours welcomed their New Year with two cruise ships in town which were the P & O cruise boat and their very own vessel MS Caledonian Sky, both arriving in Port Vila harbor on 1st January around lunchtime. Passengers disembarked at the seafront and were greeted with the warm smiles of Evergreen tour guides and drivers.
The 100+ passengers and crew members contingent  were taken on tour first through Vanuatu biggest village Mele Village, then the Secret Gardens, and last stop was at the beautiful Mele Cascades before heading off for Gideon's Landing to be ferried across to Moso island where guests enjoyed the islands serenity, and stopped by the Turtle Sanctuary. Whilst the passengers were on tour, the Caledonian set sail for Moso Island and onboard the cruise was Evergreen’s  Managing Director Mr Philip Malas ,Groups & Cruise Manager, Esly Kalo and the legendary singer Eddie Willie (aka Zaddock) who entertained the passengers during the Vila to Santo cruise during the New Years cruise party. On Santo, guests  visited Leweton Cultural Village and witness the Water Music, they cooled off at the Blue hole and stopped by Million Dollar Point. Formerly known as the ‘Hebridean Spirit’, the MS Caledonian Sky began her new life with Noble Caledonia in May 2012 accommodating a maximum of 114 passengers in 57 spacious exterior suites with  walk-in wardrobes  and modern amenities, including private balconies. The Caledonian Management were excited over the success of the Vanuatu itinerary and have confirmed to return next year, this time with additional stop overs at Loh Island (Torres) , Wala  Island (Malekula), Lelepa and Hat islands.
