Team Manager David Holliday, Executive Chef of Air Vanuatu has spent many hours working with the National Team to get them competition ready, “we are all extremely pleased with the results, the team have put in a lot of work to write their recipes and perfect their dishes and the team have represented Vanuatu well, they are getting better every year” he said.
The Vanuatu Chefs and Food Handlers Association would also like to acknowledge the resident Executive Chefs and business owners who have supported their staff in participating in various activities to enable them to compete in New Zealand, VCFHA President Chef Sarah Kymbrekos said “Our goal is to improve the culinary experience of Vanuatu, we want to showcase the exceptional food opportunities here and we are very grateful for the support provided by the industry to help our local chefs make that happen.”
